Come party with us! We often get requests from alumni and friends of NCC about hosting an event back at 13 Carothers Road. Below you will find information on how to submit the Class Reunion Request Form as well as commonly asked questions about space rental.

If you would like to host a reunion at NCC, please fill out the CLASS REUNION REQUEST FORM. Event requests should be submitted no later than two months prior to the event date. Once your event is approved, an event contract will be sent. Please note that the contract requires a signature within 10 days of being sent.

What types of events are permitted at NCC?

We love welcoming home our alumni! Class reunions are always welcome to be held at NCC. Birthday parties, baby showers, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, “kid events”, etc. will not be permitted.

Can I decorate the space for my reunion?

Yes! You are welcome to arrive one hour before your event to decorate. Restrictions to decorations can be found in the event contract which will be sent upon completion of the class reunion request form.

How do I connect with my classmates to notify them about the reunion?

We encourage classes to use their social media platforms, and personal connections to connect with classmates about your upcoming reunion. We also know that life happens and keeping in touch with people is hard.

We are happy to provide a contact list for your class to help you get the word out about your reunion. Your list will include names, phone numbers, emails, and addresses on file. To request a list, please email Advancement Director, Elle McFarland Patton. Please allow at least 5 business days for your request to be fulfilled. Once the CLASS REUNION REQUEST FORM is completed, your reunion will also be included in the monthly newsletter to alumni, The Hilltopper.

I would like an NCC staff member to attend my event to give a school update.

If you would like a member of the NCC staff to attend a class get-together for a school update, please email Elle McFarland Patton at emcfarland@ncchs.com with your request or add it to the notes section of your Class Reunion Request Form. We would be humbled to join you!
