Very Veggie Slaw

3/4 Cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon pepper
2 Cups firmly packed finely shredded cabbage (about 1/2 small head)
1 Small sweet red pepper, cored, seeded and thinly sliced in strips
1 Small sweet green pepper, cored, seeded and thinly sliced in strips
8 Radishes, trimmed and thinly sliced
  Makes: 8 servings at $0.23 each.
Prep: 10 minutes
Refrigerate: 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
1. Stir together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, garlic, salt and pepper in large bowl. Add cabbage, red and green sweet peppers and radishes; toss to coat ingredients evenly with mayonnaise dressing.
2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
