Slice
tomatoes in half; sprinkle liberally with salt and pepper.
Combine corn chips, butter, parsley, and garlic salt.
Sprinkle over tomato halves. Place in an 11x7x1 1/2-inch
baking pan. Cook, uncovered, on the edge of the grill
till heated through, about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve
immediately. |
